1 c. organic tofu
1/4 c. walnuts
3/4 c. olives
1 celery stalk
1 t. onion powder
1/2 t. salt
1 clove garlic
1 T. lemon juice
Place all of the above into a food processor and process it until it is about the consistency of large curd cottage cheese.
Mix with 1/2 c. millet mayonnaise (or other mayonnaise of choice) and chill.
